Al-Shabaab Claims Responsibility Of Hotel Attack In Mogadishu,Somalia

Terror group Al-Shabaab has claimed responsibility for the attack on a hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The incident occurred at around 4:55 on Saturday afternoon at the entrance of Nasa Hablood Hotel.
The blast was followed by gunmen forcing their way into the establishment.

The hotel - which hosts lodgings, bars, restaurants, and meeting halls - is frequented by, among many others, politicians and government officials.

Somali government forces have sealed the area.

The last Al-Shabaab attack was on June 2016 at Ambassador Hotel, a short distance from Nasa Hablood Hotel, which killed left several dead.

Yahoo Fails To Reveal Buyer, Suffers £332m Loss In Q2

Yahoo has failed to update investors on the sale of its core internet business as it revealed it suffered a £332 million loss in its second quarter. Instead, CEO Marissa Mayer said that “progress” has been made on its strategic alternatives but failed to define what that subjective term meant. Yahoo saw a rise in revenue to $1.3 billion (£1bn) in the second quarter, with mobile revenue growing from £252 million to $378 million (£287m).
